Removes "ALL" as an option.
Types is now an array
Added Combat type, re-enables PATH/MOVE on AI entering combat mode.
BWC support for old syntax.

Seen enough missions checking for what the combat feature does, may aswell include it.

Not much point in using "ALL" anymore, Static & Combat are conflicting, plus if/when I come up with more modes for any reason using All might just cause conflicts there.
