Title, corrects various of things in the configs.
Units themselves are pretty much untouched.

Changes for Backpacks and Vests

Russian OPFOR Units Backpack - B_FieldPack_blk Vest for Auto-rifleman, Machine-gunner, Grenadier, Rifleman04, SMG02 - CUP_V_C_Police_Holster Vest for Rest - V_LegStrapBag_black_F

Tanoan OPFOR Units Backpack - B_FieldPack_green_F Vest for Auto-rifleman, Machine-gunner, Grenadier, Rifleman03, Shot-gunner, Marksman - V_Pocketed_black_F Vest for rest - V_LegStrapBag_black_F

All INDI Units should use Russian Backpack - B_FieldPack_blk Tanoan Backpack - B_FieldPack_green_F Vest - V_LegStrapBag_black_F
