Enhance Revolutionaries/Civil Defense Faction

To expand the available units in both factions.

Revolutionaries

• Figure Head (A distinct looking unit from the rest of faction to be used as HVT/VIP uses pistol only)
• Head ("Ex-Military" Styled Unit used as the Head of the Revolutionaries)
• Leader ("Ex-Military" Styled Unit used for TL)
• AT Unit (Handgun + Launcher)
• Saboteur (Explosive Expert)
• Pistoleer (A lighter version of the Riflemen only carrying a Handgun to be used as Drivers and light security/patrols)

Civil Defense (Equivalent to above)

• Representative (Figure Head equivalent)
• Head
• Leader
• Pistoleer

Just an updated on the status of this.

The Tanoan side of this is pretty much done (Revolutionaries & Civil Defense). The Russian side will now be looked at since I was waiting on the CUP update before continuing any work.
