Adds new content (uniforms, vests and more), as well as updates the MSF units to use some of these new items.

[x] Add MSF combat fatigues
[x] Add prisoner gear
[x] Add vests
[x] Add misc gear
[x] Update MSF units to use new gear
[x] Brighten up some of the black vehicle textures a bit
[x] Add black Humvee and Little Bird retextures
[x] Update eden preview images
