Fixed engineer and canDeactivateMines attributes (changed from true; to 1;)
Added canDeactivateMines to units missing it
Corrected icon and role for units that needed correcting
Some other minor adjustments (slight name corrections and the like to various of stuff)
Added some new Vietnam units (US Sapper with the M3A1 grease gun, as well as Vietnamese units with Mosin and SKS)
Added attendant, engineer and canDeactivateMines attributes to main base class for easier use (default value set to 0; of course)
Added comments to role and icon, with the different options available (eg iconManLeader, iconManOfficeretc. for icons, andCombatLifeSaver,Grenadier` etc. for roles). Should make it easier to know which roles and icons are available for use.
Commented out headgearList and CBA_facewearList in main base class, so that other classes don't by default inherit the ""; value they set (but kept the entries so that it's still easy to copy-paste stuff in).
