Assets component is for any assets designed for use within this, anything that is retextured (and is specific) to a faction will be placed there.
Faction_Overwrites component will be used to edit any Vanilla or missing units factions. (Will also scope = 1; CUP factions as they won't have vehicles anymore.
Cartel Deprecated (v1) has been removed.
MSF: Is not used at all, it's a lot of config and models for something that doesn't get used, will remain as an optional.
PLR is the same as MSF.
Takistan faction is just never used.
CUP Turrets now has it's own faction on OPFOR.
This entire PR is setting up TACU for the direction of more 2035 themed factions.
ToDo:
[x] Add ALL CUP Turrets to the turrets faction. (Missing some blufor ones)

MSF has been moved to optionals, Lots of work involved in changing that over.
Takistan isn't really salvageable, designed around CUP units, going into optionals.
PLR isn't salvageable either, entirely using CUP assets, going into optionals.
Vanguard is usable excluding Winter units.
