this extension doesn't seem to do anything , if you can please add a description about how to use it

Thesola10 commented 12 months ago

it's just for touch screens.

trackpad, mouse and stylus gestures are unchanged.

this extension is useless if your computer isn't equipped with a touch screen.

Are you running GNOME 45? Run journalctl -b0 /usr/bin/gnome-shell after enabling the extension and send me the output

Thesola10 commented 11 months ago

You're supposed to swipe from the right edge of the screen inwards, and it should summon the Overview.

Also, are you running Wayland or X.org? This extension was developed on and for the Wayland session for GNOME.

Just send them. You never know.

Also, do you know your way around GNOME's builtin debugger, Looking Glass? Enter it by doing Alt+F2 then typing lg, and once at the JS prompt, enter the following and give me the readout:

global.stage.get_actions()

Click on the result and see if there are EdgeDragActions in there.

I can't really help you without debugging info.
