First implementation for displaying rating #17

Consists mostly of backported osu!classic code, which makes me realize that we'll need to refactor osu!DIVA's drawables into Playfield in order for ratings to display above the hit objects

Will fix #3

@Artemis-chan do you mind taking a look to see if this implementation is fine with you? It involves pulling a bunch of osu!classic code and I wanna make sure this won't make the codebase unreadable
