Add OpenTopography API Key status to UI and allow it to be configured manually #149

For release versions of the OpenAthena Android app published on GitHub and F-Droid, we will not be able to bundle it with an active API key.

This means that the app will need a UI for the user to view the status of the API key and input their own if necessary.

Upon the app's startup, it should also check the API key validity and direct the user to input one if not present.
