Retain compatibility with Expanded Armory #38

I have not yet tested whether it is compatible - probably it is, but let's see (taken from https://github.com/ThexXTURBOXx/Balkons-WeaponMod-Legacy/issues/1#issuecomment-2193881604)

It's not compatible: it requests weaponmod to be at least v1.14.3 and bwloe (excl.) v1.15, however, we are at least 1.20.0 (another problem: notice the missing v in our versions)... When fixing this problem (by just removing the vs and replacing 1.15 -> 1.9999 using some text editor), one will discover a few more, e.g., ItemFlail missing a certain constructor. Hence, Expanded Armory needs a bit of tweaking on their end either way!

Okay, since compatibility issues are out of the way now, I will close this. At some point, I will need to publish Expanded Armory: Legacy, but only after clearing up possible licensing issues over there!
