CLion 2024.2 does not work for OpenOCD Debug

Expected Behavior

OpenOCD JTAG Debug with CLion 2024.2 works like it does in CLion 2024.1.4 and lower

Actual Behavior

OpenOCD JTAG Debug with CLion 2024.2 does not start, showing an "OpenOCD cancelled" pop-up message

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Setup an OpenOCD ESP32 Debug config in CLion 2024.2
2. Launch the configuration
3. "OpenOCD cancelled"
