Add values of built-in dalvik annotations to Class/Field/Method nodes

Adds the following attributes to the _Node types:

Class

• Signature signature;

• String enclosingClass;

• Method enclosingMethod;

• List<DexType> memberClasses;

• InnerClass

  • String innerClassName;
  • int innerClassAccess;

    Field

• Signature signature;

Method

• Signature signature;
• List<DexType> thrownTypes;
