Array Passing #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use C# - create a new project
2. Create a Sprite with frames
3. Read / Write any FramesPerCell

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Crashes.
Reads / Writes FramesPerCell value to Sprite.

Fixed array passing in Pascal and C#. Need to test for other languages.
