Need an open graphics window to use most audio on Windows 7 #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open SwinGame without a graphics window
2. Try to play music/sound effects

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is expected that the music/sound be played as normal,
however no sound plays. MIDI music seems to play properly though.

Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit
SwinGame version: Pascal
