Compile library on mac without 10.5 SDK and/or ppc as #32

Need to fix build scripts to work with versions of the SDK installed and with 
intel only assembler

Fixed scripts, will now compile version for current OS if it is unable to 
locate both the PPC and Intel assemblers and the 10.5 SDK.
