Randoms glitches induced by the Davis anemometer reed relays or by the long 
CAT5 cable length.

Need to incorporate a deglitching algorithm in the interrupt routine or try to 
change the reed relay pull-up value. All 6 Davis anemometers currently running 
exhibit the same phenomena.
