Icon fetch update #19

Make the indicators find their icon from the system instead of local path.

I'm looking at the switch user code to get it working. The notification and bluetooth indicator icons are harder because of the incomplete Adwaita icon set.

It's a really good idea. I'd help with that but I suck at Inkscape.
