Add floating Table of content #71

Please see this as an Enhancement request. It's would be very useful when reading a long markdown text.

It would be a nice improvement, I agree. Reading your issue, something like this came to my mind: http://afeld.github.io/bootstrap-toc/, it's the same kind of toc as used on Bootstrap's doc. I like it because it's lightweight and it would occupy the unused space

Hi,

I find the need of Table of Content on many sites. So I make one myself. Not production ready yet, but usable. The script is simple for tweaking also.

Here's a demo in conjunction with markdown-viewer:

I leave this issue open to wait for an built-in feature, so that other people don't need to install a userscript engine in order to user my script.
