@HashidaTKS @kenhys このPRも、Ver14.0.119.1リリースの変更点に含める認識です。 どんな仕組みの下でby dependabotのPRが出されるかは全然わかってませんが、差分を見る限りマージして問題なさそうです。

過去 #106 #138 が同様のPRみたいですが、その際は動作確認してマージしたのでしょうか？

のDependabot version updatesの設定がこのリポジトリにされているので、actions/upload-artifactのバージョンアップを契機にこのPRが作成されたのだと思います。

build.yamlを変更しているので、Actionsの実行に影響しているのですが、問題なく実行できてArtifactが作成されているので、それで問題なしと判断して大丈夫だと思います。

なるほど。 https://github.com/ThinBridge/Chronos/actions/runs/7374917158 でトピックブランチのActionsとして動作し、Artifactsが作成されているのでOK、ということですね。理解しました。
