As a user, I want to be able to associate various objects (cases, requests, documents, requisitions) with a court, so that I can track and manage the relationship between these objects and the court. Acceptance Criteria:

• The user is able to access a form or interface to associate an object with a court.
• The form or interface allows the user to select the court from a list of available courts.
• The user is able to submit the form or interface to create the association between the object and the court.
• The association is correctly stored in the system and displayed on the court's profile page and the relevant object's page.
• The creator of the object is also correctly associated with the court in the system.
