Special Order Beacon fails to apply some item's effects #20

Special Order beacon seems to not be able to apply some item's effects, but works with other items. For example it doesnt apply: backup magazine, old guillotine, ukulele, personal shield; does apply: hunter's mark (Starstorm 2 mod), watch metronome (modded), armor piercing rounds.

after some testing just turns out it conflicts with Starstorm 2, when both enabled some items (both modded and vanilla) stop working

Will investigate if/when Starstorm 2 updates for SotV.
