suggestion: adding a config option to disable the stasis beacon #25

the stasis beacon's icon isn't yet finished, which is understandable, but also makes the skill select screen seem very off. also the beacon can be used by trolls to halt the progress of the team.

please add an option to disable the stasis beacon which can solve these problems. thank you!
