There's no feasible way to prevent projectiles from hitting their owners if they're in the way. Don't walk in the same direction you're shooting if you want to make the most of this item!
The newt thing is confirmed as a bug, though.
Newt issue was fixed in 2d1f4f0. Just found out what you meant by self-collision on the projectiles (e.g. occurring while standing still) -- this is due to projectiles spawning at player position instead of at muzzle position.
Describe the Bug
It seems that time lost rum proyectiles are colliding on the player model. There is also a very strange interaction when the ability is used against Bosses and Newt: the shot keep repeating many times until the boss is dead or newt kiks you out the bazaar
To Reproduce
Only tested it with commando skills and huntress ballista, and used Aerolt mod to get the items and go to the bazaar
Expected Behavior
Proyectiles should not collide with the player model.
