Very incomplete JSON, but minimum viable product for further work.

Remove functionality currently unsupported by new JSON:

cores
books
releases
instruction classes
instruction forms
extended mnemonics
intrinsics

Adjust App.js:

operands are now a structure containing a name
"code" array is now a single string "function"
"body" array is now a single string "description"
layout.name is now fields.field
mnemonic(s) is no longer an array
