It's just a small detail, but should we use "license" (American English) or "licence" (British English)?
I've used american spelling "license" in the proposal, but it sounds more natural to me to use "licence" (as it's the same spelling in French), and it's the spelling I tend to use :)
That's not really important for now as (we can always search and replace in the end), but it's something we need to keep it in mind :)
