Problem with Arducpter 2.5.3

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Link is aktiv, but status says no data

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Which version of the GCS are you using? 8 or 9? 
8 is for MAVLink 0.9,
9 is for MAVLink 1.0

I have version 8 and arducopter 2.0.49 and it worked perfekt.

Since I update to 2.5.3 I testet with 8, but the mavlink symbole was 
deaktivated,
I update to 9 and it was aktiv, and it says there is a link, but if I klick on 
any botton nothing is shown.

Changed Bautrate in Arducopter compiling same as in module.

I use 115200

Just saw your message. Does the system work without copter-gcs?
I can try to install 2.5.3 on mine, but its APM 1280. I will try to get to it 
this week, but real-life is pretty hectic atm. The baud-rate doesn't affect 
copter-gcs.

When you say version 8 had "mavlink symbol" disabled, what do you mean? It 
should always be available.

I just played around with the code. Could you try reloading version 8? It 
really should be working...

mhh on my Computer it also do not work, the light of the bluetooth modul is 
always going on for some seconds and than it´s blinking again.

In version 8, it was dissabled and I can´t click the mavelink symbol.

I will take a look that I Upload an old firmware to my copter this week and 
then try it again and will write you bag.

ok now I can get it I always thinked that I have 115200bits and not 57600
I have changed it a time ago, because I don´t want to change the config of 
arducopter.

In Version 8 it works perfekt now, but version 9 don´t work for me

Ok I check it with version 2.5.3 don´t work.
then 2.5.4 not it works and baut 57600.

But only Version 8, on 9 I do get a connection, but no  heartbeat, what could 
be the problem?

Version 8 is for MAVLink .9, Version 9 is for MAVLink 1.0
Only one of these will work, and I expect that version is 8.

The connection just means you have a bluetooth link (hardware only). The 
heartbeat is MAVLink is working.

Can you confirm that version 8 works for 2.5.4? Thanks

I can verify that version 8 works with 2.5.3 but not version 9. I haven't 
uploaded 2.5.4 yet but will check this soon. Thanks for the awesome work!

Got it! So apparently version 2.6 will support MAVLink 1.0
