Describe the bug Water sensivitivity check doesn't work

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Install Ryoamic Lights with its dependencies
Go to 'Ryoamic Lights config'
Enable 'Water sensivitivity check'
Load world
See error

Expected behavior I expected that dynamic lighting would not work in water
