Radars count exceed limit #1

The challenge requires that less than 4 radars can be used, but the dataset includes 5 radars

@cmpute Hi, thanks for your interests. We try to following the setting of nuScenes for the ease of community. When participating challenge, please use the sensors allowed by CARLA official rules.
