Taking (heavy) inspiration from Emma Wedekind's component checklist, this is the first draft of our definition of done for Thinkmill design system components.

👍 IMO this looks good to add in, I think the best way to make it more real / meaningful is to put some real-world examples & reference implementations in place that demonstrate it
