unable to get fr keyboard in icewm #692

Hello,

I have try to build an image and boot it to pxe. All work fine except i don't find wy icewm stay always in us keyboard. On another terminal shift with ctl+alt+f2 i have fr keyboard...

IceWM is deprecated for quite a while now. No one has taken a real interest in maintaining it. If you would like to submit patches, I will consider them.
