Set all those to zero, and the monitors will stay on.

Sometimes the second monitor does not wake up after downtime when there is no activity. What could this be related to?
I tried to build with all the modules and the Ubuntu kernel. The same thing.
It would be possible to try to apply any of these parameters
SCREEN_BLANK_TIME Minutes to X session goes blank# SCREEN_STANDBY_TIME Minutes to X session goes into standby mode# SCREEN_SUSPEND_TIME Minutes to X session goes into suspend mode# SCREEN_OFF_TIME Minutes to X session turn off
but will it give any result? Would you recommend something?

@Thinstation And if I try to sort out this problem myself - does regulation happen through xorg? Or is it possible to configure monitors in specific configuration files?
Kinda both. Xfwm handles part and Xorg handles parts. Look at xrandr.
