Documented additional functions from xfwm4.functions,
and reformatted themes section to specify a file path for themes.

new file:   ts/build/packages/xfwm4/etc/xfwm4.functions
Fixed a typo in function 'DEKSTOP_SHOWHOME' to read as 'DESKTOP_SHOWHOME'.
