Fix compare function for RCZ1 #5

During workshop in Prague, we had to fix the function to get the RCZ1 zone working.

Thank you very much for your fix. It is weird that the Wisol module I have here accept "0869525000" instead of "869525000". I guess they changed the firmware again.
