Proposed Changes

Fix crash when directories output and workingFolder don't exist on first execution.
This implementation checks for existence of the directories output and workingFolder
If the directories don't exist, they will be created.

This was the best way I could think of for the implementation, but I'm open to suggestions or feedback.
