What happens when you follow the link and try to enable it like it says?
Do I need the cloud text-to-speech api because it gives my a price list but as far as I remember you said in your video this is for custom voices
I guess right now you still need to enable the google text to speech API even if you are just using Azure, because the program is written to assume you have it enabled. Also it's not just if you have custom voices.
I got following problem:
