[Bug]: install script fails at line 91 because of ensurepip

What happened?

running install.sh on archlinux throws error in ensurepip and exits.

Release version

2.17.1

1. run ./install.sh -y

It is worth noting that archlinux has that externally managed thing going on. So that might be related to this issue
