Process focal points of images (started mid-2019) for better cropping of images #1

This was started back in 2019, essentially it will be a page with all images to process by clicking on the most applicable focal point (ie., a face).

I worked on this off an on, though the last 20% of finding how to fold it into the current operation has always stymied me. I'm adding it to 3.0 milestone to keep an eye on opportunities there.
