2020 Fundraising Campaign Adjustments #14

Context: We're launching a big fundraising campaign this week. I'm happy to talk more about this on the phone, but, basically, these past few years have been very tough for us as an organization—and COVID-19 has only added fuel to that fire.

So: we're trying to activate all of our platforms (including website) to do a huge fundraising push. Here are a few things that we're interested in prioritizing:

Do you have other ideas to raise the prominence of fundraising, from understanding our website more than we do?

straightforward to make a link in either case to make the banner a link. for the pop-up ad, I just need the asset (last time it was this image, the link to the donation page and the date you want the pop up to run until.

you'll have to send me the updated copy to change the support language for the time being.

As for additional ideas, I'm mulling it over, but the first thing that comes to mind would be changing the overall template layout to have a donate message in lieu of the popup showing once (using the same messaging/linking you update in the footer). If you'd like to see an example, let me know and I'll put something up on the dev site.

Thanks for this! We pushed back the timeline to do a public fundraising campaign (we're starting a private one, i.e. specific asks from individuals for now), so we have a little more time to add to it.

For now:
