6 months ago @mayags @ehustleby could not get this figured out in time, I have the yellow banner and the stretching donate image that will show up on the pages.
It would take me some more time to figure out how to automatically pull the main competition banner onto all the other pages, so I'm closing the issue for now
Adding this banner image to all competition pages (in both past/future versions of the competition page) as we describe throughout the Website Edits document.
