The settings menu is missing.

What area of the game

Running GTA IV downgraded to 1.0.8.0 using IVDowngrader2.1 on Linux via Wine. The settings menu for FusionFix is missing, so I cannot disable Borderless and SkipMenu

What should happen

The menu should be visible.
