On Launch infinite Loading Ring nothing happens stays open in Task Manager
What should happen
Hello even with clean install no other mods it's not working, am I missing something? I have tried game Downgraded to 1.0.7 & 1.0.8 same result and yes I have all the VisualCppRedist things sorry am not very tech savvy person am trying my best here I read for hours and all prequisites should be fine how to make CrashDump to see what's crashing? Made ''Crashdump'' folder and added dinput8 still empty?
Game works perfect without EFLC Fusion Fix there must be some small thing causing this crash? Everything else works clean install tried all 1 by one
all these work no issues individually and together
XLivelessAddon, xlive-Win32, GTAIV.EFLC.Various.Fixes.v1.81, Zmenu and Zolika patch
i have no idae what to do please help need this mod to complete gta 4 modding can't without it :)
-Tried every version of FusionFix from newest to 2.4.9 fresh install same result :/

Sorry Following description I failed to make crashdumps work how to? I could make Memory Dump File though here it is
