[III] Street light clipping #28

Street lights / traffic lights can exhibit a sort of graphical "clipping" issue when this mod is loaded. It doesn't matter which options are enabled or disabled, the .asi being loaded is enough to cause this bug. Screenshot_20200203_192417 Screenshot_20200203_191500

try to set StaticShadowsDrawDistance to 150 or lower
