[Feature request] New York Minute Hardcore fixes #31

It would be great if fixes for NYM mode were implemented in this project.

The most severe issue with this mode is as follows:

Play NYM Hardcore
Reach Chapter 6 Part II
The game is stuck at infinite loading screen

The issue can be replicated on clean installation of Steam version.

Is there any reliable way to reproduce this? I finished NYM Hardcore, and failed a few times past chapter 6 part II before doing so without encountering this.
