(GTA LCS PSP) Bug prevents completion of delivery mission #1086

I'm playing Liberty City Stories on PPSSPP. The mission "Noodle Punk" is like Vice City's pizza delivery mission, but it's broken by a bug caused by the WidescreenFix. You can only a single delivery on the first level, and from then doing a drive-by won't make Toni deliver any more food when near customers. Only disabling the mod altogether makes it work again. I'm not sure if this also affects the other delivery mission in the game (Joe's Pizza) but I assume it's probably bugged too.
