[GTAVCS.PCSX2F.WidescreenFix] Can't begin vigilante missions when Modern Control Scheme feature is enabled #1103

i was little bit confused when i tried to begin vigilante mission in Taxi using R3 button but nothing was happening, and i just figured out that when the Modern Control Scheme option is enabled, vigilante missions just can't no longer be toggled for some reason, disabling that option is the only way to fix this issue, unless there is some other kind of "temporary" fix that i don't know about

Use DPAD-UP, since R3 is assigned to look back now. Unfortunately text prompts are not changed in current release, but maybe in the future I will do it.
