[Request, if even possible] Resident Evil Classic Rebirth 1-3 Widescreen / cutscene skips #1239

Would be great if these titles with their correspondind Rebirth mods could somehow get additonal fixes as Widescreen support, but more importantly Cutscene skipping. (Great work on the Fusion mod for GameCube versions of RE2-3 and Doorskipping!)

While cutscene skipping would be possible, there won't be a widescreen fix through unless someone will remake all the assets to properly display in widescreen instead of being stretched.
