Here's the video demonstration of the issue : https://youtu.be/uhunZrjU1ys
I never had such issue, so I can't help. Try forcing single core affinity.
I did. Still happens
All the things I tried. -Use dev build of widescreen fix -Use fps limit and Vsync(built in widescreen fix, NVCP, RTSS, Nvidia inspector, D3doverrider) -Limit cores with Parking utility, Task manager -Limit fps and Vsync in King Kong Registry>Basic Video -Use disable fullscreen optimizations, Application scaling
Does it happen without widescreen fix?
Yes. it happens with vanilla game
Then it could be anything really. I don't know what else to try.
Yeah I know its weird. I even tried with dgvoodoo2 Vsync but still it happens. Its like the game ignores all kinds of fps limiting. Even when limiting fps to 10 it still runs so weirdly fast. No game had such issue in my PC ever. And this game gets rocketted for no reason, like its some nasa PC for it lol. Edit:
@Mrblubb You ever figure out this issue? Happens to me as well regardless if I have FPS limited or not.

Nah man! I gave up and played on a different PC and it worked. I think it has something to do with specific PC configuration and then it works
hey i just wanted to share how i fixed this 1.Go in nvidia control panel and under program settings choose king kong
Thanks a lot! I'll definitely try it. Hopefully it works. Cheers!!
I'm trying to run King Kong Gamer's Edition on Win 10 x64 with widescreen patches. The game works but the in-game speed is so fast its unplayable. When trying to limit with Vsync or Rtss as 60 fps the game is still very fast. Its as if its double the speed whatever you set. Even limiting 10 fps feels fast. Its a bug, please can you do something.
