I was able to fix by downgrading DXVK to 1103 package (aka 1.9) and by disabling the alt+tab fix in the script.

with DXVK 2.0 your game stucks by doing the following:

-Changing video and graphical settings

-Loading a level and wait the text "press to continue" trigger

-Alt+tab in the menu
