Sonic Heroes Widescreen fix doesn't work on UK Copies. #1467

I was going to play the game for the first time, wanted to not be disturbed/annoyed by the full screen.

Edit 2: NEVERMIND I WAS MISSING "dinput8.dll" 😂

There are no different versions on PC. There are only 2 known releases which basically have the same executable.

I literally later fixed the problem, I was missing dinput8.dll.
