nfsug widescreen fix causes game to not open #1557

i recently got need for speed underground to work on my pc however, the widescreen patch makes my game not open. when i start the game, my cursor gets the loading icon before stopping and the game never loads, i tried his with the dev and the regular and bo didn fix the issue

fixed, my no cd patch was causing the issue
